Join us for a fantastic and intensive week in August to create a new piece of theatre
“My Story - Our Story”
and the opportunity to perform it in front of a live audience.
We’re looking for enthusiastic 16 - 21 year olds with an interest in any of…
theatre, physical theatre, devising, music, singing, or dance.
We’re excited to work with individuals keen to develop skills,
and hungry to experience the buzz of working in a
professional environment during the creation of a show.
Our team of industry professionals is led by Oliver Baines, a Frantic Assembly Ignition programme graduate, just returning from The House Party, a Frantic/Headlong co-production in Chichester, and the role of Montano in Frantic Assembly’s UK tour of Othello. He will be supported by Felipe Pacheco, another Ignition graduate, and a Frantic Assembly practitioner, who recently toured the UK as Gregor in Frantic Assembly’s Metamorphosis, and Hannah Nuttall, an Italia Conti graduate and musical theatre specialist, recently nominated as best villain in a UK pantomime, and having composed The Girl Who Saved the Sea for Beansprout Theatre Company.
The team will support and guide the company through a collaborative process in which everyone is valued and encouraged to contribute in the creation of Our Story, a devised theatre piece incorporating music, movement and monologues, and reflecting the My Story of all the participants.
